Five Yearly Inspection of Lifeboat & Davit

Our service Engineers are well Experienced and trained by OEM to perform the required FIVE YEARLY Surveys As per the requirements. The Inspections will be Detailed and thorough with time constraints in picture. Release gear system service Engine overhaul, servicing or renewal Sprinkler system servicing Compressed air systems- servicing including hydrostatic testing and refilling of air bottles And all the other services related to lifeboats and its launching appliances.

Annual Inspection of Rescue boat & Davit

Our service Engineers are well Experienced and trained by OEM to perform the required Annual surveys As per the requirements by keeping Time constraints. All functions and every part of the systems are tested and checked , and any defect or discrepancy is rectified. The certification is performed by one of our experienced service engineers together with the customer’s representatives and other requested parties.

Our Designated teams are available 24x7 to attend , ONSHORE & OFFSHORE conditions. We carry inspection and service as per Solas requirements and MSC/Circ 402(96).

Wire Rope Renewal & Load Testing

We undertake Load testing and certification for all Lifeboats/ rescue boats / load release systems, as well as for the Davits. Testing’s are very much required during all 5 yearly Inspections, modifications etc. Overload testing is also required during installation and commissioning of new and reconditioned equipment.

FRP Repairs & Repairing of Winch System

We have well experienced Engineer and technicians who can carry out the FRP repair, as per the international standards and class requirements. Our Service Engineer are well trained by OEM to perform complete overhauling in our facility as well as on board your vessel.

With Years of Experience, we undertake complete Refurbishment and overhauling projects for Lifeboats/rescue boats. which includes Painting, Polishing, All structural repairs As per international standards, Loose equipment supply and replacement, Complete Engine Overhauling, Hooks( Release System) Overhauling.
